We operate a semi-automated heat treatment line designed for the execution of T5 and T6 processes, enabling precise control and optimization of the mechanical properties of castings. These processes enhance key casting parameters such as hardness, tensile strength, and elongation, ensuring consistent quality and performance of the final components.
The heat treatment process is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the AIAG CQI-9 standard, ensuring full control of process parameters and repeatability of results.
We also have an in-house testing laboratory, where we perform measurements of mechanical properties using modern equipment such as an universal strength testing machine with a video extensometer and a hardness tester.
