Our machine park presently includes 14 real-time controlled horizontal cold chamber die casting cells with clamping forces 400-1400 tons. These are fully automated casting cells, equipped with integrated dosing furnaces, spray units, extraction robots and trimming presses. The casting process can be further supported by using vacuum system.
Weights of parts cast from aluminium range from 0,040 kg to 7,0 kg.
