The annual internships at Lenaal are an opportunity for people who want to build experience and establish a longer-term collaboration with our company.
The internship is conducted on the basis of an employment contract. An intern who successfully passes the recruitment interview is hired for a 3-month trial period. After receiving a positive evaluation, they continue working with us for the next 9 months. If the evaluation after the one-year internship is positive, the intern may receive permanent employment.
Our program is dedicated to graduates and final-year students. We offer intensive development, the opportunity to carry out interesting and independent projects, and a chance for permanent employment. The internship is a period of preparation for independently performing tasks within a given position.
