An intern who successfully passes the recruitment interview is hired for a 3-month trial period. After receiving a positive evaluation, they continue working with us for the next 9 months. If the evaluation after the one-year internship is positive, the intern may receive permanent employment.   <\/p>\n<p>Our program is dedicated to graduates and final-year students. We offer intensive development, the opportunity to carry out interesting and independent projects, and a chance for permanent employment.
